Education

Having spent 40+ wonderful years designing FOR creativity and learning at all levels of education from Kindergarten to University, and private EU and global interests, I realised that each and every lifelong learner is a unique genius. This genius exists on three levels; physical, psychological and spiritual. The true journey of education and the educator is to empower, enable and nurture the learner through the 3C's of life; the Competence, Confidence and Completeness cycles. The 3 C's of meaningful , mindful, soulful and authentic education, which are inextricably entwined. Within these are the empathetic and sustainable, 21 Century skills that inspire us to shine.

Sport

From the lush green fields, mountain trails and running tracks of Ireland, the sands of the Sahara, the frozen ice, oceans, jungles and snow of earth's magnificent wonders, to extreme ultra environments, I have been privileged, humbled and honoured to successfully compete and represent my country as a Master athlete since 2000. In 2015, The Arctic Yukon beckoned and delivered gold. In 2017, the Everest Marathon beckoned @eire4everest, and a New World Record for Team Ireland was established. 2019 saw a solo, New Guinness World Record in the Himalayas for Daithí.

In 2021, a global team, 10km GWR was also set with Virtual Runners.
